Make the U.S. a Leader on Climate Change.

Obama and Biden will re-engage with the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCC) -- the main international forum dedicated to addressing the climate problem. They will also create a Global Energy Forum of the world’s largest emitters to focus exclusively on global energy and environmental issues.

D'ici là, on a le temps de voir venir les successeurs...horizon 2050... tout aura déjà fondu BB! Mais Obama se dégage nettement de la politique de Bush en matière d'écologie, il a critiqué ses obstructions aux réductions d'émissions et va déployer un vrai plan de lutte. Un bon début.
